About Course
This introduction to sales course is intended for persons who work in a sales environment and for people who aspire to enter the field. It is an introductory course to the world of selling using the 7 step sales process.
This programme is run over 2 days on 11 – 12 September 2023 and is virtually facilitated.
Important to note: The dates may change should there not be a minimum of 5 students registered for this specific date.
What will I learn?
This is an introduction to Sales course which covers the 7 step sales process:
- Prospecting the ideal potential client
- Preparing properly before attempting to sell
- Approaching prospects tactfully
- Presenting your pitch effectively
- Handling Objections
- Closing Sales
- Following up with prospect/clients
By the end of this course, learners will be able to use the 7 steps process in their sales career and apply the communication and sales techniques in a sales conversation.
