About Course
This learning programme is intended for all persons who need to formulate recommendations for a change process, recognise areas in need of change, make recommendations and implement change in a team, department or division.
This programme is run over 4 days and is virtually facilitated on the following dates:
26 and 27 October 2023
Important to note: The dates may change should there not be a minimum of 5 students registered for this specific date.
This is a SETA Accredited course consisting of 2 Unit Standards:
- US 252021: Formulate recommendations for a change process: NQF 5 with 8 credits consisting of the following modules
- Module 1: Understand the Need for Change
- Module 2: Analyse an Area Requiring the Implementation of a Change Process
- Module 3: Select a Model for Implementing a Change Management Process
- Module 4: Formulate Recommendations on Implementing the Change Process
- US 15214: Recognise areas in need of change, make recommendations and implement change in the team, department or division: NQF 5 with 3 credits consisting of the following modules
- Module 1: Recognise areas in need of change
- Module 2: Make recommendations for change
- Module 3: Implement change
To successfully complete the programme, the following requirements must be met and delivered to deadline for each unit standard:
- Submission of your Portfolio of Evidence
- Accurately completed supporting documentation
- Fully completed Learner Workbook
- 100% attendance for all training days
You will be provided with 6 weeks to submit your Portfolio of Evidence once you have completed the 2 days of facilitated training for each unit standard. Your submissions will be assessed and moderated. If you are found competent, you will be issued with a Certificate of Competence and a Statement of Results from the Services Seta.
